Horizons in Theatre Studies is a lecture series at the Department of Theatre Studies at the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University. Lecturers include guests from other departments and institutes of the faculty and university and also from other specialized workplaces and from performing practice. The topics of lectures are related to theatre in its widest concept.

Lectures are organized in cooperation with the Brno section of the Theatre Research Society and are intended for students and researches from the field of theatre studies and related fields, as well as for students and teachers of other fields from the Faculty of Arts and from the outside, and also for the general public.

Lectures take place every semester, once in two weeks. They take place every even Wednesday from 16:00 to 17:30 in room G01.
